Welcome to My Travel Blogger
I’m the kind of person who would rather spend two weeks in one neighbourhood than two days in five different cities. To me, travel isn't a race or a checklist; it’s about the slow burn that moment when a foreign city starts to feel familiar and you finally stop needing a map to find your favourite coffee shop.
I’ve always been fascinated by the stories that hide beneath the surface of a destination. Whether I’m trekking through the mountains, getting lost in the history of a crumbling monument, or documenting a landscape through my camera lens, I’m looking for the why behind the place.
The Method to the Wandering
Interestingly enough, my "day job" involves a lot of numbers. Coming from a background in Statistics and Actuarial Science, I can’t help but bring a bit of that analytical brain to my travels. I love the logistics, the data of a city’s layout, and the deep-dive research that goes into a micro-retirement.
Why I Do This
I believe that when we slow down, we see more. My goal is to help you find those quiet, intentional moments in your own journeys, whether you’re exploring the classic streets of Paris or wandering somewhere far off the beaten path.
