First time In 1770 James Cook sailed the island in 1770.After Matthew Flinders land near the island in 1802. It is an Australian island near Queensland. There was a permanent population like 180. But winter season it grew up to like 5000. Australia has some islands like Tasmania and Fraser. It is the largest sand island in the world and the 6'th largest island in Australia. The island is made up of sand and some crocodiles survive because of saltwater. There are have over 74 types of reptiles and Mammal species. The island adds as a world heritage site in 1992.

The Australian government was struggling to control a bushfire that already destroyed 40 percent of the UNESCO world heritage. Last time the bushfires killed nearly three billion animals and cost Australia's economy an estimated US$7 billion. So you can arrange a family trip or road trip to Fraser Island. But beware Sometimes it has large bushfires and destroy a lot of plants and trees.

There is a lot of whales that jump up and down on the coast. Some families plan their  September vacation in Fraser island. The Australian government always says to be 
careful with wild animals. Because like wild dogs are very dangerous. Therefore don't feed them or encourage and keep your children. There are have awesome spots for camping, off-road driving, and enjoy using pools, restaurants. A lot of roads are sandy and this is the largest sand island in the world. Therefore we recommend an all-wheel-drive vehicle. Before the trip, you want to prepare a vehicle for sand and learn how to drive in sand. Because you won's to destroy your vehicle. Non-color rock is the hardest road on the island. There are have 40 lakes and 45 camping areas. Lake boom engine, Lake Mikenzie, Lake woody, lake Birrabeen are the best. Eli creek is a natural river and it is very crowded in the September season. make no wreck is the best place for photoshoots and the champagne pool is best for swimming. Sandy cape has Queensland's tallest lighthouse. Thumber is a nice place to fishing. You want to get tracking requirements and you can research before going to Fraser Island. Freshwater fishing is not allowed on the island. You can be fishing northeast of the island, Indian head and sandy cape and middle rocks and you can find fish like mackerels, sharks, Thunder creek.
